Actually, the kids who loved it when it first came out are now my age, 23. So we are adults now and it turned into a young adult fad.

yeah, i was one of those kids, too. when we were teens, it was a huge fad among our age group. today, it’s very popular among teen readers still. i’d say teens make up most of the harry potter fandom on tumblr.
